New Home Owner Orientation with Gateway Homes - New Home Builder, Houston

To help our new home owners get better acquainted with their new house, Gateway Homes offers a new home owner orientation. Gateway Homes' new home owner orientation is more detailed than your general walk through. At your new home owner orientation, Houston's new home builder, Gateway Homes will demonstrate your home's features and provide a review of maintenance information.

Gateway Homes' new home owner orientation is scheduled a few days before your closing and generally lasts around two hours.

In addition to introducing you to your new home, the New Home Orientation Meeting is also an opportunity for you and Gateway Homes to confirm that the home meets the quality standards shown in our model homes and that we have completed all selections and changes.

Gateway Homes takes responsibility for resolving any warrantable items noted. We will complete most items before your move-in.
